Here are the lecture notes for the series Ramanujan Explained. Warning: These are being developed along with the lectures, and contain typos, errors and perhaps non-uniform notation. I will also need to add references as I go along. So please don’t print them because they will change frequently.
Update: June 14, 2025. I have now completed the first draft of part 1 containing the first ten chapters. This is a introduction to basic techniques in q-series and hypergeometric series. In the next few months, I plan to add more entries, indices, and examples.
