Ramanujan Explained is about the identities of Ramanujan. This site is made and maintained by Gaurav Bhatnagar. It contains lectures on Ramanujan’s mathematics as well as other materials. About the lectures
The lectures are at an undergrad level. That is to say, the mathematics not usually covered in an undergrad curriculum but which are relevant to understanding Ramanujan’s mathematics are covered. This means we may not cover the standard material on infinite series that is covered in an analysis class. However, we will cover infinite products because that is not usually covered in an undergraduate course. The lectures are accompanied by lecture notes, which are a draft of a book called Ramanujan Explained.
